3.The received machine cannot be turned on, and the power indicator light is not on？
Normally, the product is out of battery or the battery level is low enough to drive the motor to work. We recommend that you charge it for 3 hours and try again. If it still cannot work properly after charging, please provide complete pre – and post charging videos so that we can verify the product issue for you.
4.During the use of the product, there may be gets hair caught or skin cutting？

I received it . . . It was changed i thought it would be louder because i had read a review that said it was loud and i wasn't it is very nice looking i tried it for a short minute and í found that it needs some minor adjustments which i will do at another time it seems like the screws are a little too tight causing the blades not to cut properly i believe loosening will remedy this i will come back and update my review later ty

Bought it in dollar express, it does cut hair very well, the only downside is that it didn't have the small led screen as advertised, but nothing big
