My height is 176, measurements: 92/79/92. I took XL but it's a little big. Should have taken L. The sleeves are long and fall to the hand, need to be frequently adjusted (they slip off). The set included shorts - the size of the shorts was perfect. Don't take it on vacation to hot countries - you will constantly sweat and get wet, it is very warm.
