Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The color and texture of the products look good, but I feel that the packaging is too large for the amount of product it contains and seems too fragile. There is a large space between the product and the packaging lid.

The product is excellent, it arrived in excellent quality. But my nerves were cracked. I didn’t hope to receive the parcel. I ordered two creams for the face and eyes and they both did not arrive. Products over 20 euros arrive on time, but shower ones are very late or don’t arrive at all.
